The academies in the Trust work collaboratively together on all aspects of school life, including leadership, curriculum design, teaching and learning and pastoral support, but retain their individual character and school values.
Individual academies are responsible for deciding on and developing their own unique character and ethos, the way the teaching and learning is delivered and the curriculum it is delivered through, all within the overarching BDMAT values of providing Life in all its fullness, Success and Positive Wellbeing for all.
