Lee Davis

Head of Finance

Lee is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance.  He started his current role as Head of Finance in 2019.  Prior to this, Lee held pivotal positions as a Business Manager and a Finance Partner within the BDMAT Central Team and Birmingham Diocese schools.

With over 10 years of experience, Lee has been instrumental in helping educational institutions effectively manage their finances.  His expertise extends beyond the classroom, as he previously worked in management accounting and finance roles within the Retail sector.

When he is not crunching numbers, Lee will be spending quality time with his family and engaging in a variety of sports both competitively and for pleasure.

Vicki Broad

School Finance Partner

Vicki joined BDMAT as a School Finance Partner for the North Warwickshire Hub. For the last 16 years she has worked in the maintained Primary Education Sector as a Business Manager in Staffordshire and Birmingham. She has just finished her BA (Hons) in Business Management after completing her Certificate in School Business Management with the University of Essex studying whilst working full-time. Vicki has 4 children, (26, 21, 18 and 14), a furbaby, Grandson and Grandfurbaby. On a weekend she can be found walking loves the Peak District and exploring new places, enjoying time with friends or visiting family up North where she was born.

Elizabeth Paterson

School Finance Partner

Elizabeth joined BDMAT as a School Finance Partner in February 2022. For the last 7 years, Elizabeth has worked in the finance team in two schools, based in North Worcestershire and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Prior to working in education, Elizabeth gained experience in a wide range of projects in the Birmingham and Sydney offices of Ernst and Young including fraud and forensic accounting, corporate recovery and restructuring. Elizabeth was also the Financial Accountant for a multicentre South African Aid project which aimed to provide financial and business support in South Africa post-apartheid. Outside of work, Elizabeth coaches juniors at her local cricket club, enjoys the theatre, skiing, history and travel.

Amber Willetts

School Finance Partner

Amber joined BDMAT Central Team as a School Finance Partner in August 2022, prior to this she worked at Quinton Church Primary School as an Admin Assistant in 2016 where she progressed to Office Manager in 2018. Amber has a passion for travelling and exploring new destinations, while maintaining a commitment to keeping fit. In her spare time, she is a loyal football supporter, who shows her dedication by attending all home games, while she also enjoys spending time with her family and cocker spaniel, Nelly.

Amber is currently studying an AAT qualification to widen her knowledge so she can deliver the best financial support to our schools.

Georgia Fisher

Finance Assistant 

Georgia joined BDMAT Central Team as a Finance Apprentice in September 2020. In 2022 Georgia achieved a Distinction in her AAT level 2. In 2024, Georgia won Apprentice of the year in Finance/Accounting at Sir Douglas Ellis OBE Apprenticeship Awards. She is currently studying for her AAT level 3 qualification and aspires to gain chartered accountant status in the future. 

Outside of work Georgia enjoys spending time with her girlfriend, catching up on the latest Netflix documentaries and has begun to express her creativity through a new hobby – crocheting. 

Sylvia Hibberd

Finance Assistant

Sylvia joined BDMAT in August 2024 after working at Christ Church C of E Secondary Academy as the Office Administrator for the past 3 years. She has recently joined the BDMAT Central Team as a Finance Assistant and is excited to develop in this role.

Previously, Sylvia has worked in Finance at various companies and has a self-taught knowledge of finance processes.

In her spare time, Sylvia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking her 2 dogs and relaxing in the garden. Sylvia is also a keen cake baker who enjoys creating celebration cakes when requested.
