Head of School Support
Claire is Head of School Support for BDMAT and has 30 years experience of working within the education sector across London, Staffordshire and Birmingham. This has encompassed three Primary Headships, chairing a local authority Primary Headteacher Forum, being a governor, extensive school improvement activity including running her own consultancy and being the Governance Professional for local and trust boards across the country.
For BDMAT, Claire provides operational and strategic support, advice, compliance review and training for Directors, Governors, Headteachers and Administrative staff on the following areas:
- Safeguarding (DSL)
- Governance
- Policy
- Admissions
- Complaints
- Data Protection (DPO)
