Khushboo Longhurst
Head of Data and Business Intelligence
Khushboo joined BDMAT as the Head of Data and Business Intelligence in June 2023. Prior to this she has spent the last 10 years working in similar data and performance roles at housing associations. She’s keen to support organisations to make evidenced based decisions and use their data to better understand performance. Khushboo is excited to join the team at BDMAT and looking forward to learning about the education sector. Outside of work Khushboo is a keen cook and can often be found reading cookbooks.
Michele Fullwood
Head of School Support
Michele is now Head of School Support for BDMAT. She was previously one of our School Finance Partners, having been seconded to the BDMAT finance team in January 2019. Prior to this, she was the full time School Business Manager at St George’s Church of England Academy, Newtown and had also served for 10 years’ as a Bursar at a Local Authority School .
She is a member of the Birmingham Association of School Business Managers (BASBM) and is serving as a member of an Interim Executive Board for one of the academies in the MAT.
Michele lives in Birmingham with her husband, Les, who was a Learning Mentor at a College for the Visually Impaired until his retirement, two years ago.
