Our personal and professional development scheme includes a comprehensive induction and career development scheme with access to a work based mentor and access to the BDMAT Learning Centre, through which staff can access a wide range of formal and informal training, established professional networks and formal qualifications through our apprenticeship schemes.
We welcome approaches from schools, Single Academy Trusts and Multi Academy Trusts who are looking for support in a particular area or who are considering joining a Multi Academy Trust. We would love to hear from schools and Trusts that feel they could be a good match to our Vision, Values and Ambitions.
We recognise that the importance for schools and Trust to join a MAT that has a shared vision, set of values and ‘feels right’. It is vitally important that all parties take time to learn about each other and explore the mutual benefits for any future collaboration or conversion. BDMAT lives by its values and will act with honesty and integrity when discussion the possibility of a school or Trust joining and only proceed where this is the right thing for all parties.
