Helen Howlings
Trust Business and Operations Manager
Helen joined BDMAT in April 2021 working at Christ Church C of E Secondary Academy as PA to the Headteacher. Helen progressed in her role to School Business Manager in August 2022 whilst completing her diploma in School Business Management. She has recently joined the BDMAT Central Team as the Trust Business and Operations Manager and is excited to develop in this role. Previously, Helen spent 20 years in the travel industry in Customer Service Management and Operations.
In her spare time, Helen enjoys spending time with her family and friends and holidays with her husband and children.
Dorothy Quartey
PA to the CEO
Dorothy has recently moved back to Birmingham after living in London for 23 years. Whilst in London she worked for the BBC for 13 years in various departments and also for a Pharmaceutical in rare and ultrarare diseases and most recently for Birmingham Children’s Trust. She decided to move back during the pandemic and has settled back in the Birmingham.
In her spare time, she enjoys singing with her choir and travelling to warm tropical destinations with her husband.
