Khushboo joined BDMAT as the Head of Data and Business Intelligence in June 2023. Prior to this she has spent the last 10 years working in similar data and performance roles at housing associations. She’s passionate about the difference evidenced based decision making can make to an organisation. She’s also a spreadsheet geek and loves making data look pretty. Outside of work Khushboo is busy with two small children and what time she has left is spent in the kitchen as she really loves cooking.
