Melanie Ball

I’ve been involved in HR support for education since 2019 and joined the Trust in 2021. Prior to this I was Operations Manager of a small software company so had many fingers in many pies, including HR, finance and compliance. Currently CIPD qualified with an Associate Diploma in People Management and Associate CIPD membership I am working towards completing my CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management this year. 

As Trust HR Officer myself and my team support all schools and the central team with their HR and payroll needs. We are HR generalists whose role is to be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment and retention, employee well-being and engagement, development and training and employee relations. We are focussed on creating relationships across the organisation to support everyone in following best practice to achieve the goals of the Trust.
