Alice is Chief Operating Officer for BDMAT and has worked in the education sector for over ten years. Her expertise are specifically within operations, in particular, estate management, risk management, health and safety, HR, IT and compliance. Alice is also experienced and knowledgeable of Data Protection practices and procedures.
Alice brings a combination of practical experience, strategic oversight and business knowledge to her role, and is passionate about supporting the transformative power of education in our schools and communities.
For BDMAT, Alice provides operational and strategic support, advice and compliance review to Directors, Governors, Headteachers and Administrative staff on the following areas:

- Complaints
- Data Protection (DPO)
